This term we are studying the Olympics.
We are currently designing our own mascots for the 2024 Dunedin Olympics (you never know!). In order to do this we have studied the thoroughly weird but nonetheless cute London mascots, Wenlock and Mandeville.
We also explored their fantastic website as a Fantastic Friday activity.
The Guardian newspaper in the UK has recreated some of the finest moments of the games in stop motion Lego animation films. They are well worth a look.
